Job Title: Technical Lead - AI Factory Project

Reporting to Title: General Manager - Head of Digital & Transverse

Main Objectives and Activities:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the integration of generative AI into our banking solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, requiring the ability to contribute to product backlog management, define user stories, and deliver high-quality, secure and scalable solutions. You will work closely with the AI Factory at headquarters, ensuring alignment and maximizing the value of AI-integrated applications.

Responsibilities/ Job Description:

• Develop and maintain high-quality full stack applications that integrate AI technologies into banking solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Contribute with the IT Product Manager to identify new IT opportunities and gather new business needs.
• Contribute to business analysis to understand and anticipate the needs of the organization and its clients.
• Collaborate to assess the added value and potential return on investment of integrating AI into our processes.
• Actively participate in the definition and refinement of user stories, prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security and maintainability.
• Develop, test, debug and deploy Java-based backend services and Angular-based frontend applications.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and OpenAPI-compliant services.
• Work closely with the AI Factory at headquarters to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI capabilities into banking applications.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance banking processes.
• Mentor future team members and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or related field from a general engineering school.

Language skills:

• Must possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
• French reading is a plus.

Experience and Skills Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Experience with Angular.
• Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and innovative mindset.
• Attention to detail and rigor.
• Keen interest in technological advancements, particularly in AI.
