Overview:

2020 Companies is hiring an Operations Manager!

The Operations Manager is responsible for driving the day-to-day operational success of a premium tobacco retail program by ensuring seamless scheduling, staffing, logistics, reporting, compliance, and administrative support. This role partners closely with Field Operations Managers and client stakeholders to coordinate field activities, maintain operational excellence, support workforce management processes, and ensure accurate program execution.

The Operations Manager leverages strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and deliver consistent results across all program operations. Ideal candidates have experience in operations, project management, or workforce coordination, with a strong attention to detail and advanced reporting capabilities.

Job Description:

  • Manage field scheduling and workforce allocation
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and program materials
  • Track activation schedules and ensure proper coverage
  • Validate reporting accuracy and completion
  • Monitor inventory levels and fulfillment activities
  • Support payroll, timekeeping, and expense processes
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting
  • Coordinate onboarding and training logistics
  • Audit program compliance and process adherence
  • Identify operational efficiencies and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of operations, project management, workforce management, or program support experience
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
