Job Duties:

Supervise and lead team members, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure efficient operations.
Review merchandising and sales strategies by analyzing sales trends and collaborating with management to optimize product placement, advertising, and promotions.
Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Ensure grocery shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized to maximize appeal and efficiency, while implementing inventory rotation to reduce waste and expired products.
Plan, set up, and maintain attractive displays that drive sales and align with store promotions.
Verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries, manage inventory placement, and maintain organized storage areas..
Provide regular updates to management on store performance, customer feedback, and team achievements or challenges.
