Community Transportation Driver

**Class D Drivers needed **

Transports passengers to and from medical appointments, Adult Day Care and Retail location.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, Adult Day Care Programs and Retail locations.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional vehicle environment
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Competency:

Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs.

Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Uses equipment and materials properly.

Required license or certification: Driver's License

Must be 21 years of age

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid Driver's License.
• Have a clean driving record
• Posses excellent communication skills with an emphasis on great customer service
• Successful completion of A&A Metro's driving training class
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
