ENT and Allergy Associates and Hümi is seeking a self-motivated, people-

frie, Workday Administrator.

Salary: $95,000-$115,000/year

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Workday HRIS

Administrator to join our HR Technology team. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The HRIS Administrator will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and deliver a seamless employee experience.

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • System Administration & ConfigurationAdminister core Workday HCM modules (e.g., Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Talent & Performance).

  • Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, integrations, reports, and calculated fields.

  • Implement system updates, test new features, and ensure successful adoption of Workday releases.

  • Serve as the system expert in aligning system functionality and process to business goals

  • Integration ManagementMaintain and Create integrations with third-party applications

  • Validate integration accuracy in partnership with HR team members

  • Data Management & ReportingMaintain data integrity through audits, validations, and troubleshooting.

  • Develop, schedule, and deliver custom reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational data standards.

  • User Support & TrainingServe as the primary point of contact for Workday-related issues and inquiries.

  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and guidance to HR teams and managers.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Workday Support or third-party vendors when needed.

  • Process Improvement & ProjectsPartner with HR leadership to optimize business processes and enhance automation.

  • Support HR projects such as annual compensation cycles, open enrollment, and talent reviews.

  • Lead testing and change management efforts for new features and enhancements.

Personal attributes

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of Workday administration or HRIS experience.

  • Hands-on expertise in at least 2+ Workday modules.

  • Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIB/integrations preferred.

  • Workday certification(s) in HCM, Reporting, or other functional modules.

  • Familiarity with security administration and audit processes.

  • Experience supporting medium-to-large organizations with complex HR structures.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
