We are hiring immediately a full-time Spray Painter for our Customer Service team.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you can expect to build your craft as you prepare, mask, and paint aircraft surfaces using professional grade tools and techniques. You’ll gain hands-on experience performing precision touchups, matching specialty finishes, and operating industry standard spray equipment. You can also expect to work with supportive teammates while keeping the paint shop running smoothly through proactive materials coordination.
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Flight Advanced Surface Preparation & Painting: Prepare, strip, sand, clean, mask, prime, and spray-paint aircraft surfaces, including large structures such as fuselage, tails, and wings, using refined techniques to achieve high quality finishes and meet customer expectations

Precision Rework & Touchup: Perform detailed rework and blends on completed aircraft—interior and exterior—ensuring seamless results and protection of surrounding surfaces through careful overspray control

Specialty Finish Matching: Match and apply specialized domestic and foreign paint finishes, ensuring consistency with field applied coatings and high-end customer standards

Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain spray guns, paint pots, hoses, and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with operational requirements

Quality Inspection & Collaboration: Review paint work for discrepancies, determine required corrections, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to integrate quality enhancing products, materials, and processes

Materials Management: Monitor inventory, forecast supply needs, and order materials proactively to support uninterrupted paint operations
