GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT General Environmental Technician 2 (Floricultural Helper) Under general supervision, serve as a leader of a small crew of workers performing routine tasks involved in a variety of city services. These tasks range from engaging in work ground maintenance activities, landscape, and/or floriculturist activities conducted at park facilities (including parks, special facilities, green houses and gardens), recreation areas, public buildings, parkways, berm areas and other municipal properties.
