Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Power BI Developer with minimum 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Power BI, Power Query, DAX measures, data modeling, and data transformation , along with a solid understanding of data handling and analytics best practices. Prior experience in Supply Chain and Procurement domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize Power Query transformations , DAX measures , calculated columns, and data models.
• Connect, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful insights, KPIs, and visualizations.
• Automate reporting and business processes using Power Automate (basic level).
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and develop scalable reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development.
• Strong expertise in: Power BI Desktop & Service Power Query (M Language) DAX (Measures, KPIs, Calculated Columns/Tables) Data Modeling and Performance Optimization Data Integration and ETL concepts
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate workflows and automation.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience working with SQL and handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations Analytics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience in developing procurement and supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
