Material Controller II at CR Construction Group

Job Responsibilities:

Complete purchase requisition form with the brand name, type, specification, quantity and the required delivery time.
Check and inspect materials as per Material Inspection Checklist, Architect?�? approval and Contract Specification.
Prepare and keep daily material delivery record and delivery orders.
Prepare material/tools inventory record and summary for all hand tools or equipment use on site.
Prepare monthly concrete and rebar use record and submit to Project Management Team and Purchasing Department, to monitor material usage under allowable wastage.
Check inventory stock regularly and maintain proper record for material inspection, dispatch and inventory.
Follow corporate policy to manage remaining stocks.
