As a Digital Designer at AIRR Labs, you’ll be a key player in crafting visually stunning, on-brand creative for our e-commerce and marketing initiatives. From social media graphics to email campaigns and web design, your work will drive engagement and conversions across digital platforms.
We’re looking for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals. If you have a sharp eye for design, a passion for trends, and a knack for blending aesthetics with functionality, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Design & Production
- Create high-impact digital assets, including web graphics, social media content, banners (static/rich media), email templates, and product visuals.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, usability standards, and e-commerce best practices.
- Support offline design needs (e.g., logos, packaging, print collateral) as required.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with e-commerce, marketing, and external developers to balance creativity with technical feasibility.
- Translate product positioning and marketing strategies into visually compelling campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital innovations
** Brand & Optimization **
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimize designs based on customer behavior insights to maximize engagement and sales.
- Propose enhancements and fresh editorial layouts for web and mobile.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital design (agency, e-commerce, or design studio).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing static, animated, and mobile-friendly design work.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing (a plus but not required).
- Passion for trends in digital design and e-commerce.
