*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator/Delivery Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts/material handling equipment and help cover our box truck shuttle run between buildings as needed. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in fast paced environment.
*Shift:* Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM- 3:30PM
*Compensation:* Starting at $23
*Duties*
- Operates forklifts and pallet jacks to pull and move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate loading and unloading of goods.
- Drive box truck between buildings as needed to fill in for fulltime driver.
- Conduct regular inspections of all equipment to ensure proper function and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Other duties as needed.
*Skills*
- Proficient in operating stand-up and sit-down style forklifts.
- Previous shipping/receiving experience.
- Understanding proper lifting techniques and material handling practices.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Chauffeur’s class license is a plus!
