Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager with German with deep expertise to join the team powering an e-banking platform for a BFSI client.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and control of all testing activities within the development of an E-Banking solution.

The role ensures that functional and non-functional requirements are met in line with strict quality, security, and regulatory standards , delivering a reliable and high-quality digital banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, define, and manage the overall test organization and test strategy
• Define test approach, test levels, and testing methodologies
• Coordinate and lead internal and external testing resources
• Ensure full test coverage for functional, technical, and security requirements
• Plan, execute, and monitor:
  • Integration testing
  • System testing
  • User acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide regular test progress, quality, and risk reporting to project and line management
• Collaborate closely with development, business, architecture, and security teams
• Actively contribute to agile delivery environments (Scrum / Kanban)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 + years of experience in test management of complex IT systems
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies, processes, and QA frameworks
• Experience in E-Banking or regulated environments (strong advantage)
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
• Understanding of modern software architectures:
  • Frontend
  • Backend
  • APIs
• Experience in quality management and risk management

Languages:

• German: Fluent (B2+) — primary working language of the team and documentation
• English: Business proficient — tooling, frameworks, and international collaboration
• French or Italian: Advantageous for our multilingual (DE/FR/IT/EN) product testing scenarios
