Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner Southern Cluster & MEAM
Barcelona, Spain | Hybrid Working | 9-Month Temporary Contract

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a 9-month temporary contract , supporting hiring across Spain, Portugal, Italy and the Middle East & Africa Mediterranean region. Based in Barcelona, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to attract exceptional talent that will help drive Ipsen's growth and innovation.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop proactive sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while helping strengthen Ipsen's employer brand across multiple markets.
What we 're looking for
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Expertise in sourcing and talent pipelining
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience within biopharma, healthcare or life sciences is highly valued
- Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, Italian, French or Arabic, are an advantage
