The Communications Coordinator (Operational Readiness) is responsible for supporting the Deputy Director of Customer and Community Transition in the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic communications and programs relevant to the roll out of the MBTA's new fare payment system. This role will help educate and support the MBTA’s internal and external customers and communities.
