The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:

  • Oversees and gives direction to the blast team
  • Stages schedules for area with the daily production requirements and assigns work as needed
  • Read work order instructions or other job-related documents and processes the jobs
  • Performs duties involving blasting parts as needed
  • Monitors usage of shot and on-hand inventory

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a leadership and job shop environment is preferred
  • Position requires basic math, reading and writing skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • A strong work ethic with a solid attendance history
