The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:

Oversees and gives direction to the blast team
Stages schedules for area with the daily production requirements and assigns work as needed
Read work order instructions or other job-related documents and processes the jobs
Performs duties involving blasting parts as needed
Monitors usage of shot and on-hand inventory

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a leadership and job shop environment is preferred
Position requires basic math, reading and writing skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
A strong work ethic with a solid attendance history
