NON-CAREER PART-TIME/SEASONAL To perform regular lifeguard duties and assist in the supervision of pool staff in the organizing and instructing of aquatics classes and activities; to assume full responsibility of aquatic facility in absence of an Assistant Pool Manager or Pool Manager. SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED Responsibilities may include the indirect supervision of lower level aquatic personnel. Direct supervision is provided by the Assistant Pool Manager or Pool Manager.
