The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for the independent execution and support of email marketing campaigns. This role focuses on maintaining email databases, implementing campaign elements, and contributing to the optimization of email performance. The specialist works under general supervision, prioritizing their own work to ensure timely and accurate delivery of email marketing activities.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Execute and support day-to-day email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage email lists, including imports, segmentation, and data hygiene.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing and provide initial performance insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure alignment of email communications.
  • Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Identify opportunities to improve email processes, automation, and overall campaign effectiveness.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Proven experience leveraging email analytics platforms to track, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Position based in Queretaro
