We are pleased to offer the opportunity to work as a Case Manager within the DuPage County Department of Community Services. Case Managers provide comprehensive case management and/or service coordination in a variety of areas. The current Case Manager opening is in the following programs/assignment area: Family Self- Sufficiency - Provides Comprehensive case management to assist low-income households stabilize their housing situation, meet basic needs, access mainstream services, increase income and develop plans and goals toward economic self-sufficiency.
