Director - Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven MSP (Managed Service Provider) Director of Business Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the MSP sector, and a strong understanding of global solutions and client relationship management. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients for MSP solutions through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Network with other internal brand partners to create cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and positioning MSP solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to demonstrate the value of our MSP services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market trends to help shape the MSP offerings.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.
