Job Summary:*| The Managing Attorney position reports directly to the
TALCB Director and assists in the day-to-day management of the licensing,
education, and enforcement programs. Work involves planning, organizing, and
implementing operational processes and procedures. The Managing Attorney is
also responsible for managing an assigned caseload.
