We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer who will be responsible for managing worldwide Information Technology.
We are Security & Operations (SecOps), which mission is: “To make everyone more productive and efficient.”
We hope this IT Operations Engineer can agree with our philosophy and achieve it with us together.
So far, 17LIVE keeps growing fast. We have offices in Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong and America. We also have colleagues work remotely in other countries.
You can have the opportunity to work with worldwide colleagues. In order to let each department grow together, the Technology Service SecOps department plays a very important role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support global IT infrastructure and enterprise systems, including network services, VPN, ERP systems, Google Workspace, Slack, and endpoint environments.
• Oversee IT operations activities such as system implementation, integration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance to ensure stability, security, and high availability.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory tracking, assignment, maintenance, and decommissioning of hardware and software assets.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies, including access control, personnel security, and operational security standards.
• Support ISO 27001 / ISMS compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and operational risks in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support IT projects, operations, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or related IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, SAP, and endpoint security solutions (e.g., SentinelOne).
• Experience in IT asset management, including inventory control and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with identity and device management platforms such as JAMF and/or Snipe IT is a plus.
• Experience in MacOS and Windows environment administration.
• Experience or exposure to ISO 27001 / ISMS frameworks is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI-driven automation or workflow automation tools is a strong plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication preferred).
