We're Wesley Financial Group. We help people who 've been misled get out of their timeshares. We are looking for sales talent who wants to:
- Work only 4 days a week (hello, 3-day breaks)
- Earn serious money (our top 10% earned $120K-$160K in 2025)
- Get paid weekly, commissions included
- Feel good about helping real people solve real problems
- Call people who asked for help (our marketing team delivers 3,000+ leads weekly)
What You 'll Do
- Call people who submitted a request for help with their timeshare
- Understand their situation through real conversation
- Pre-qualify them and set the appointment. That's it!
- Track everything in Salesforce
You 'll Thrive Here If You:
- Have 2-3 years of proven sales experience (telesales preferred)
- Consistently hit or beat your targets
- Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable on a Mac and a CRM
