For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, EECOL also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.

What We Offer
- 14-16 month contract full-time position, Monday through Friday schedule —weekends are for friends and family.
- Hybrid – 2-3 days in office (Sundance SE business park). Rotating set schedule (TT then MWF), 2-3 days remote.

As part of the marketing team supporting three brands, you’ll balance a varied workload with evolving priorities. You will partner with our businesses to understand key goals and contribute to campaign plans to articulate value propositions and support those goals. Your recommendations include targeting strategies and measurement, are rooted in best practices, and are data-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product leaders to align digital initiatives with marketing strategies and company goals.
- Coordinate across marketing, sales, and other delivery teams to ensure smooth, on-time execution and efficient output of high quality deliverables.
- Plan and execute email campaigns (newsletter and automation), nurture leads and engage customers by target segments.
- Independently, and as part of larger campaigns, develop and share on-brand, timely and engaging content (including some design in Canva) on web and social.
- Monitor brand presence and actively engage with followers on social to build and maintain brand reputation. Oversee digital customer service, including escalation monitoring.
- Update and optimize website content and structure to improve search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (occasional) on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Monitor KPIs and industry advancements to evaluate tactics. Share regular updates and reports with stakeholders, and offer recommendations to enhance reach, clarity, and impact.
Marketing Context:
- Target Audience: Industrial manufacturing, electrical buyers (residential, commercial,
- industrial, govt/institutional, utility)
- Platforms: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Marketo, Klaviyo, Adobe Analytics, GA, Adobe AEM, WIX, Shopify, Monday.com, Microsoft Office
- Collaborators: Directors, sales leaders, product leaders, marketing team, suppliers and external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency with email / automation platforms, CMS tools, CRM and analytics.
- Solid writing, editing, and content development capabilities.
- Data driven approach with analytical thinking to derive actionable insights.
- Takes ownership in the company’s success and accepts responsibility for oneself and

- Strong collaboration and project coordination skills.
- An adaptable mindset to adjust priorities and timelines based on evolving information.
