· Review claim packs for quality, evidence sufficiency, calculation accuracy, and supplier defensibility before escalation or submission.
· Identify new audit concepts, develop or update audit guidelines, and support testing of new recovery scenarios.
· Train new team members, share best practices, and provide coaching on claim logic, documentation quality, and stakeholder communication.
· Anticipate delivery risks related to data quality, redundancy, audit sustainability, budget constraints, supplier resistance, or people/process issues and escalate with mitigation options.
· Contribute to client updates, status reporting, process improvement initiatives, and operational governance.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
· Advanced degree, MBA, CA or relevant audit/finance certification preferred
· 5 - 10 years of experience in post audit, AP recovery, commercial audit, retail audit, procurement analytics, or supplier recovery operations preferred
Success Measures
· Quality of complex claim validation and reduction in rework
· Creation of new audit concepts or guideline improvements
· Effectiveness of team coaching and knowledge transfer
· Early identification and mitigation of delivery risks
Preferred Candidate Profile
