As a Camp Carson Lead, you will participate, plan, organize, and lead staff as they introduce kids to fun and exciting indoor and outdoor activities that include STEAM, Arts & Crafts, Leave No Trace, Teambuilding, Swimming, and Field Trips. You will also be responsible for ensuring children’s safety in the program, assisting with the training of Aide staff, communicating with parents & children about the program, and completing administrative/procedural work for your assigned group.
