Successful hospital accounts or specialty sales professional sought to drive our mission of delivering lifesaving and life-extending treatments to people with unmet medical needs in rare diseases. The successful candidate will continue to drive results in this high performing territory focused on two distinct rare disease products: XROMI® (hydroxyurea) oral solution indicated to reduce the frequency of painful crises and reduce the need for blood transfusions in pediatric patients 6 months of age and older with sickle cell anemia with recurrent moderate to severe painful crises, 2). ANAVIP® [crotalidae immune F(ab′)2 (equine)] is an equine-derived antivenin indicated for the management of adult and pediatric patients with North American Pit Viper envenomation. Hospital Sales Account Executive
The hospital sales Account Executive is primarily responsible for achieving
sales forecast by gaining hospital and health system formulary access of
promoted products in combination with HCP product training within southern
Texas and Louisiana. The ability to establish mutually beneficial, long-term
relationships with healthcare providers dedicated to treating patients that
have been envenomated or diagnosed with pediatric sickle cell disease is

Job Requirements
- 4-year degree from an accredited college/university required.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience required.
- Minimum 2 years hospital sales experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling to Emergency Department preferred.
- Experience selling to Hematology - Oncology HCPs preferred.
- Successful experience adding products to hospital formularies preferred.
- Demonstrated and documented success in prior roles with tenure.
- Ability to travel as needed.

The potential base pay range for this role is $130,000-140,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job- related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
