Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities :
Order Processing : Manage and process export orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Coordination : Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping clients informed about shipment status.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products for export and coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment.
Reporting : Generate and maintain reports on export activities, including shipment tracking, delivery performance, and cost analysis.
Communication : Liaise with internal departments (sales, production, finance) to ensure smooth export operations and address any concerns.
Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve any issues related to export processes, including delays, discrepancies, and compliance matters.
Continuous Improvement : Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in export operations.
Job Requirements :
Experience : At least 2 years of experience in export coordination or a related field.
Knowledge : Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation.
Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Software Proficiency : Experience with export management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
