You will serve as both an Agile and product enablement expert, coaching teams and leaders on Agile principles and practices while acting as an end‑to‑end product SME.

- Assess current ways of working; design and implement team‑level and portfolio‑level improvements to planning, execution, and feedback loops.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events (e.g., inception workshops, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, PI / quarterly planning) and mentor teams to own them over time.
- Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Leads on backlog management, prioritization, value slicing, and outcome‑based planning.
- Promote metrics‑driven delivery (e.g., cycle time, throughput, WIP, predictability, adoption metrics) and help teams use data for continuous improvement.
Product Adoption, Enablement & Change Management
- Act as an E2E product SME for assigned capabilities, deeply understanding workflows, personas, value streams, and adoption challenges.
- Develop and execute product evangelism and adoption strategies in partnership with Delivery & Activation teams.
- Design and deliver enablement programs (training, office hours, playbooks, FAQ, job aids) tailored to different user groups and maturity levels.
- Lead “train‑the‑trainer” programs, building a network of divisional champions and super‑admins to drive local adoption and change management.
- Work with UX and product teams to capture user feedback, identify friction points, and prioritize improvements that drive usage and satisfaction.
Leadership Coaching & Culture
- Coach leaders and managers on Agile leadership behaviors , such as servant leadership, empowerment, and outcome‑driven decision‑making.
- Facilitate leadership workshops on value streams, portfolio prioritization, and operating‑model changes needed to support product‑centric, Agile ways of working.
- Advocate for a culture of experimentation, learning, psychological safety, and continuous improvement across teams and divisions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business units, Delivery & Activation, Engineering, UX, Data Governance, and Support.
- Provide executive‑friendly status updates and insights, highlighting progress, risks, and recommended actions.
- Host regular office hours and open forums for product teams, champions, admins, and support teams to raise questions and share feedback.
- Curate and maintain a shared repository of Agile and product enablement assets (playbooks, templates, training materials, communication packs).
Continuous Improvement & Community of Practice
- Contribute to and help lead the Agile / Adoption Community of Practice ; share success stories, experiments, metrics, and best practices.
- Standardize reusable patterns for onboarding, training, champion programs, and product rollout.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Business Analysts on edge cases, error handling, monitoring, and metrics needed for stable, scalable adoption.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 + years of experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead) within complex, multi‑team environments.
- Proven track record coaching multiple teams and stakeholders (including senior leaders) on Agile principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience driving product adoption and change management in digital / IT products or platforms.
- Strong facilitation skills: able to design and run workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives that lead to concrete outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to translate technical and process topics into business‑friendly language.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build trust, and navigate across organizational silos.
Preferred

- Hands‑on experience with scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, custom scaling approaches).
- Familiarity with modern product management and design practices (OKRs, discovery, journey mapping, design thinking).
