To support our Consulting team, we are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) who will assist us in working with our central management and project tool Certinia and contribute to the data‑driven development of our processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining, and further developing evaluations and reports in Certinia to support steering and decision‑making processes

• Supporting the maintenance and updating of forecast data (e.g., project planning, capacity planning, revenue forecasts)

• Ensuring and continuously improving data quality within the system

• Analyzing existing processes and identifying optimization potential in the use of Certinia

• Supporting the standardization and documentation of processes and best practices

• Close collaboration with Consulting, Finance, and other relevant interfaces

• Assisting with day‑to‑day tasks related to project controlling and reporting

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field

• Strong interest in data‑driven work and digital tools

• Initial experience working with data (Excel; ideally also BI tools or SQL)

• Good understanding of commercial concepts (e.g., revenue, costs, margins, forecasting)

• Structured, diligent, and independent working style

• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for questioning and improving processes

• Excellent German skills; good English skills are a plus
