*Job Summary:*| The Department of Dermatology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist to join our expanding academic faculty as a hospital dermatologist. This clinical role focuses on inpatient dermatology consultative services (0.5 cFTE) and has the potential to also include outpatient dermatology clinics (up to 0.5 cFTE) with opportunities to define and develop a focused area of clinical interest or expertise.The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, enjoy working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, and contribute to our mission of clinical excellence, education, and access.Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage inpatient dermatology consultations for hospitalized patients at the University of Colorado Hospital.
- Provide virtual consultations to hospitalized patients with complex dermatologic conditions at UCHealth affiliated hospital sites.
- Manage urgent dermatologic conditions in emergency department settings when consulted.
- Provide outpatient follow-up care for patients discharged from the hospital.
- Teach dermatology residents, fellows, and medical students
- Participate in departmental conferences and contribute to the academic environment through mentorship, scholarly activities, and quality improvement efforts.

Compensation (including productivity-based incentive) is $317,374 - $367,374
Associate Professor level as been has been established at $299,415 - $349,415.
Total Annual Compensation (including productivity-based incentive) is $332,780
- $382,780 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the
University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible
compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for
overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes
