Student Assistant, Finance

As a Student Assistant in Finance at AGC Biologics, you will join a supportive, collaborative, and international finance team, where you will support a range of financial reporting and business controlling activities. Through close collaboration with experienced colleagues, you will gain hands- on experience with core finance processes and develop practical skills that complement your academic studies. At the same time, you will gain valuable insight into the biopharmaceutical industry and learn how Finance supports business performance and decision-making in a global organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support monthly closing and reporting activities
  • Support regulatory and external financial reporting
  • Assist with project financial management and controlling activities
  • Support the operation and control of reporting models
  • Ad hoc support to the controlling team

You will have a preferred working schedule of 2-3 days per week. Some periods during the month are busier and may require additional support, while during exam seasons we offer flexibility to combine work with your studies.

About you

We are looking for students currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program within Finance, Accounting, or a related field (e.g. HA, cand.merc., or similar). Ideally, you are in the final year of your Bachelor's degree or have recently started your Master's studies. You have strong analytical abilities and enjoy working with Excel and numbers with a keen eye for detail.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn by performing essential, structured support tasks, and who can balance a part-time job in a fast-paced company with your studies.
