Job Summary:| The mission of the Section of Pediatric and Adolescent
Gynecology at Children’s Hospital Colorado is to promote and advance
reproductive health through excellence in patient care, education, research

to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Children’s Hospital
Colorado. A small percentage of time will be spent at the University of
Colorado Hospital, providing gynecology-only, day-time medical and surgical
services for our adolescent-to-adult transition program. Key

within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of
Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Children’s Hospital Colorado is seeking a
fellowship trained pediatric and adolescent gynecologist committed to a career
in academic medicine. We are seeking a surgeon at the level of Assistant or
Associate Professor to join our robust medical and surgical practice, which
includes four Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecologists and two Women’s Health
Nurse Practitioners. Candidates with experience in fertility preservation are
strongly preferred.The Section of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology lies
within the Division of Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and
Gynecology and is well-established within the Center for Surgery at Children’s
Hospital Colorado, which provides many unique opportunities for academic
collaboration and resource allocation. The Section of PAG is a robust medical
and surgical practice that provides gynecologic care for patients from birth
through age 25. Members of the section provide care in pediatric and
adolescent gynecology clinics as well as numerous multidisciplinary clinical
settings, spanning the divisions of urology, colorectal surgery,
endocrinology, hematology, oncology, pediatric surgery and adolescent
medicine.The Section also maintains a close and collaborative relationship
with our cognate department and the School of Medicine. The Department of
Obstetrics and Gynecology consists of over 120 board-certified physicians
providing care across the western region, with increasing numbers of national
and international patient referrals. All Ob/Gyn specialties are represented
within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, which supports the

*Qualifications:| Minimum Qualifications: · Candidates
must be Board eligible or Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.·
Completion of a pediatric and adolescent gynecology fellowship, recognized by
the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. ·
Candidates must also have completed or eligible for completion of the American
Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Focused Practice Designation in Pediatric
and Adolescent Gynecology.· Licensure by the Colorado State Medical
Board will be required prior to commencement of employment. · 5-10
years of clinical OBGYN experience Applicants must meet minimum
