A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
We are hiring a high‑energy, friendly, and accommodating individual to join our Recruitment Hub as a Barista / Candidate Experience Associate. This role combines coffee service and hospitality with candidate engagement, creating a welcoming and positive experience for applicants visiting our hub.
You will be one of the first faces candidates see—preparing coffee, assisting them while they wait, and engaging them in friendly conversations about career opportunities within the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people interaction, multitasking, and creating a warm environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Barista & Hub Hospitality
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light refreshments for candidates and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and waiting area
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere within the recruitment hub
- Monitor supplies and assist in basic inventory tracking for coffee and refreshments
Inventory and Supplies Coordination
- Ensure all coffee supplies are adequately stocked (coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, lids, stirrers, sugar, etc.)
- Perform daily and weekly inventory checks of coffee and refreshment supplies
- Coordinate with the Admin, Facilities, or Procurement team for timely replenishment of ingredients and materials
- Monitor usage trends and anticipate restocking needs, especially during volume hiring days
- Properly store ingredients to maintain freshness and quality
- Report low stock levels, damaged items, or equipment concerns promptly
Candidate Engagement & Experience
- Greet candidates upon arrival and help them feel comfortable while waiting for interviews or assessments
- Engage candidates in friendly, professional conversation about available job opportunities and company culture
- Answer basic questions about the hiring process and redirect candidates to Recruiters when needed
- Encourage walk‑in applicants to apply for open roles and guide them on next steps
- Support recruitment events, job campaigns, and onsite hiring initiatives
Recruitment Support
- Assist the sourcing or front desk team by directing candidates to the correct recruitment stage
- Help manage candidate flow during volume hiring days
- Support basic coordination tasks during recruitment activities (e.g., call‑outs, queue management)
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Experience as a barista, café staff, service crew, receptionist, or customer service staff is highly preferred
- Prior exposure to recruitment, sales, promotions, or events is an advantage but not required
- Willingness to learn basic recruitment processes and job information
- Recruitment experience preferred but not required — training will be provided
