SUMMARY
Kelley Create is looking for a Warehouse and Office Administrator to take charge of the smooth running of the local print center, supporting our internal and external clients, while maintaining our company mission. This role requires a combination of attention to detail, friendly disposition, and hustle.
The Warehouse/Office Administrator roll will have several responsibilities, including but not limited to, the below:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cover reception duties: answer phones, manage ongoing and outgoing mail/packages/couriers, and welcome clients, and guests to the print center. YOU set the first impression on employees, clients, and guests!
- Manage customer accounts, including invoicing and over the counter sales
- Order and stock inventory and supplies for the print center
- Oversee & facilitate warehouse shipping and receiving
- Provide as-needed liaison support to corporate departments (Accounting, HR, etc.)
- Liaise with building facilities for maintenance issues
- Maintain general office appearance and upkeep in our Seattle print center
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in an Operations/Administration role
- Incredibly organized in all aspects of your work
- Valid WA state driver's license
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written; a natural relationship builder
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations and provide actionable, resourceful solutions
- Microsoft Office abilities - Word, Excel, Outlook (Acrobat knowledge helps, too)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to embrace interruptions throughout the workday and pivot priorities
- A sense of humor!
