Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in Maharashtra
• New Dealers, Distributers & Retail Appointment, Management and Market share Development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers

Education and Experience

• Minimum Graduation with MBA (Marketing) preferred
• He should have an experience of 10 -12 years in Sales and Marketing of agriculture and domestic pumps (Submersible, monoblocs and minipumps)
