Graphic Designer

at 88 Supermarket


Education : Bachelor's Degree

Experience : Completion of a bachelor's degree in visual arts with a specialization in graphic design, commercial art, graphic communications, or cartooning, or the completion of a college diploma program in graphic arts. Training or experience in multimedia design from a post-secondary, college, or technical institution are an asset.

Job duties:

- Plan and create layouts for website, weekly flyers, and promotional materials in the required

language.

- Create digital and print advertisements, posters, brochures, and signage using 88

Supermarket's own Mascot, symbols, images, and text for weekly sales, monthly promotions,

and special events, etc. while maintaining brand consistency

- Design logo and branded merchandise (office stationery, calendar, catalogues, etc.)

- Edit and enhance product and store images for use in marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with creatives and writers to develop original advertising and social media

content.

- Prepare projects from concept to final production ensuring quality and brand consistency.

- Adapt marketing materials into Multilingual (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese,

Tagalog, etc.) versions.

- Maintain workflow and ensure deadlines are met.

- Stay updated on design trends, software, and competitor strategies.

- Report the feedback and reviews from social media to Dept managers

- Source and coordinate photography and work with external vendors if needed.

- Support the store manager with marketing and promotional tasks if needed.
