Contract Technical Assistant (Works Supervisor)

Qualification and Experience:

a)Certificate in Construction or Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or technical institute / technical college, or equivalent;

b)Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE is accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

c)Possession of proficient skill in WORD, EXCEL application is preferred

The CTA(BSS) will be seconded to the Hong Kong Housing Authority to a ssist Contract Manager’s Representative in carrying out site survey, site checking, site inspection, site tests, site measurement, records keeping and other duties as directed by the Contract manager or Contract Manager’s Representative.

Place of Duty

Contract Technical Assistant (Works Supervisor) (hereinafter referred to as CTA ) shall work in the Housing Authority Headquarters or in any office of the Housing Department/ Hong Kong Housing Authority or in any site office as directed.
