Prepares letters, memorandums, other documents for the major administrative captain. Ensures that minor disciplinary hearing are entered within allotted time. Ensures scheduling and preparation of appropriate paperwork for DHO process incoming mail, reports, and correspondence. Maintains and order supplies. This position is under direct supervision of the Major and serves as backup to the DHO recorder in his/her absence. Types various forms, correspondences and reports as needed.
