at Fast Code Generation
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between growth strategy and technical execution. You will design, build, and optimize the systems and campaigns that fuel acquisition and engagement. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you’ll partner with Product Growth, Marketing, and DevRel to ensure our GTM engine is efficient, scalable, and measurable.
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM technical roadmap : architect and implement systems, integrations, and workflows to capture demand and accelerate pipeline across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
- Experimentation and automation : design and run creative experiments across GEO, SEM, intent-based outbound, and other channels. Automate campaign workflows end-to-end—from ideation to launch to reporting.
- Cross-functional partnership : work closely with Product Growth and DevRel to deliver integrated campaigns that reach our developer and data practitioner communities.
- Continuous improvement : foster a culture of rapid experimentation, leveraging A/B testing and iterative learning to optimize website performance and new channel impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical growth, GTM engineering, or marketing operations role , preferably within B2B SaaS and/or product-led growth models. If you have no experience, be very very scrappy and willing to get things done.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude), and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience integrating APIs, data pipelines, and marketing tools (CRM, CDP, attribution systems).
- Analytical and experimental mindset: proven ability to design tests, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, user lifecycle conversion, and personalization.
