The Opportunity
This position works out of our Kyiv location in the EPD Division.
As the Biosimilars Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, launch readiness, and in-market execution of the biosimilars / biological portfolio in the Affiliate.
What You’ll Do:
Local Strategy & Brand Planning

Lead the development of annual brand plans aligned with regional/global strategy and tailored to local market dynamics.

Define clear brand positioning, value proposition, and competitive strategy.

Analyze local therapeutic areas landscape, competitive dynamics, tender environment and access opportunities.

Develop clear KPIs, launch milestones, and performance dashboards for the market.

Translate strategy into actionable tactical plans across promotional, educational, and stakeholder engagement activities
Launch Readiness & Execution Excellence

Drive cross-functional launch governance and ensure milestone tracking.

Together with Medical Advisor lead pre-launch market preparation initiatives, including HCP education and stakeholder mapping.

Ensure timely execution of promotional materials in compliance with regulations.

Monitor field feedback and adjust tactical plans to maximize uptake and competitive positioning.

Ensure strong field presence and engagement to support launch excellence.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver aligned execution.

Build strong working relationships with Sales, Medical, Access, Regulatory, and Supply functions.

Drive collaboration with the regional biosimilars team to ensure alignment and best-practice sharing.

Support Medical and Market Access in building compelling biosimilar value narratives
Market Insights & Performance Management

Conduct local market research and gather actionable insights from field teams and customers.

Monitor market share evolution, tender results, competitive moves, and adoption barriers.

Track performance vs. forecast and proactively identify risk mitigation actions.
-
Leverage data to refine targeting, segmentation, and promotional effectiveness.
-
Provide structured and timely reporting to local and regional stakeholders.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.

3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
-
Proven experience in biologics and/or biosimilars required.
-
Experience in oncology and/or immunology is required.
-
Prior experience in product launch management.
-
Strong understanding of the country’s pharmaceutical market, tender environment and institutional landscape.

Proven track record in launching products successfully.
-
Strong exposure to oncology and/or immunology therapeutic areas.
-
3–5 years in brand management or similar commercial roles.
-
Demonstrated ability to create and execute local marketing plans and deliver targets.
