We’re excited to welcome a Branch Operations Manager to our team—an integral role that sits at the center of our branch’s success. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure and organization to complex operations, and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for both internal teams and external partners.
As a Branch Operations Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and effectively, while supporting our sales team and enhancing overall operational excellence.
This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-performing office environment

Manage correspondence, communications, and document preparation, maintaining accuracy and professionalism across all materials

Coordinate meetings and DSF training sessions, including scheduling, agendas, presentations, and follow-through actions

Act as a central liaison between internal teams, external partners, and the Sales leadership team to ensure alignment and effective communication

Identify and escalate operational issues, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement

Partner closely with leadership to optimize operational processes and support overall business objectives
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
