What You'll Do:
- Translate company strategy into clear team objectives, individual performance expectations, and actionable sales plans
- Communicate pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance gaps with transparency to leadership and team members
- Simplify complex sales situations and provide decisive direction during critical deal moments
- Develop AEs through structured feedback, call reviews, and performance plans that elevate execution and consistency
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training interventions that drive measurable improvement
- Make difficult decisions quickly, including performance improvement plans and terminations, when standards aren't met
- Focus relentlessly on the metrics that matter: quota achievement, deal velocity, win rates, and team retention
- Demonstrate urgency in removing blockers and solving problems that impact revenue
- Management Experience: Minimum 3+ years directly managing B2B SaaS sales teams of 5+ people
- Quota Achievement: Consistent history of team quota attainment and overachievement
- Hiring Track Record: Proven ability to identify, attract, and successfully onboard top sales talent
- Legal Tech Preferred: Experience in legal technology, professional services, or complex B2B sales cycles is advantageous
- Process Implementation: Experience building and scaling sales processes, training programs, and performance management systems
- Remote Leadership: Demonstrated success managing distributed teams and building strong remote culture
- Results-Obsessed: Track record of driving team performance through coaching, process optimization, and strategic territory management
- Location: This role is 100% remote with expectancy to travel in territory with reps. The ideal candidate would reside on the East Coast.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for events, conferences, and territory visits
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Eve and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
