Station Manager - Reno

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:
•Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
•Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
•Check and report on status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
•Manage workforce headcount, schedules (time off request, attendance), payroll, and employee relations.
•Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking.
•Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
•Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety, quality, delivery and cost.
•Ensure adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials for efficient location operations.
•Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts, service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to improve service flow and reduce costs.
•Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires.
