Life Regional Vice President, RIAs (REMOTE+TRAVEL)

About the Role

Equitable is looking for a motivated and passionate Regional Vice President (External Wholesaler) to join our Life Insurance team(Open to Territory & Location). This position will be focused on asset location and positioning Life Insurance as the tax- free bucket, 7702. This position will be focused on the Independent Financial Planner Market. A main focus of this role is working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s) positioning Life Insurance as a solution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities

  • The RVP is directly responsible for developing and maintaining consultative relationships with Independent, RIA advisors

  • The RVP role is the Key Driver of revenue in their territory, including accountability for achieving and exceeding territory sales targets and territory management (APE)

  • Develop new producers while retaining existing producers to grow market share

  • Educate and train advisors on Equitable’ s Life products

This position offers a remote work arrangement plus up to 50% travel for business needs. Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.

The base salary for this position is $80,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.
