Equitable is looking for a motivated and passionate Regional Vice President (External Wholesaler) to join our Life Insurance team(Open to Territory & Location). This position will be focused on asset location and positioning Life Insurance as the tax- free bucket, 7702. This position will be focused on the Independent Financial Planner Market. A main focus of this role is working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s) positioning Life Insurance as a solution.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities

The RVP is directly responsible for developing and maintaining consultative relationships with Independent, RIA advisors

The RVP role is the Key Driver of revenue in their territory, including accountability for achieving and exceeding territory sales targets and territory management (APE)

Develop new producers while retaining existing producers to grow market share

Educate and train advisors on Equitable’ s Life products
This position offers a remote work arrangement plus up to 50% travel for business needs. Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.
The base salary for this position is $80,000. This role is eligible for variable compensation.
