Sales Development Representative

at LocateAI

*About Locate.ai*

Locate.ai is the first vertical AI leasing solution in commercial real estate, a $100B industry stuck in the past. We use location data and AI to help national consumer brands find and lease their next location.

Today, 150+ brands — including F45, Gold’s Gym, bb.q, and Sur La Table — rely on Locate.ai to open successful new stores. Founded by Stanford engineers and backed by top VCs (Pear, Slow, 8VC, Techstars), we’re building the AI-native brokerage of the modern era.

You will be trained and mentored in this role to hit specified targets, and within a few quarters, you will be given opportunities to grow into bigger roles to advance your sales career. We believe in rewarding people based on the impact they can make, and we can all exceed any expectations and obstacles with enough grit, dedication, and a growth mindset.

Areas you'll cover include...

  • Prospect and qualify leads
  • Run multi-channel outreach
  • Book meetings for the sales team

You will work closely with...

  • Founder/CEO, Sales, Marketing, Product, & Operations

We care about being...

  • AI first. The game is changing in every way imaginable.
