业务与大客户管理 ：

Ø执行区域计划，并反馈相关业务数据、信息与市场观察

Ø负责建立和维护与目标医院关键客户的关系，通过有效的沟通和服务提升客户满意度和忠诚度

Ø普及免疫预防知识，建立临床医生的免疫预防观念及多学科/跨学科综合预防观念及模式

Ø解决安全运营相关问题

Ø影响政策的出台与落地，搭建学术平台，与客户建立紧密的合作伙伴关系

客户互动 ：

Ø保证每月拜访规定数量的目标客户和组织产品学术推广会，配合公司学术活动

Ø传递疫苗产品知识；建立品牌认知

Ø培养疫苗领域具有临床经验的KOL和KOC，通过临床医生渠道激发消费者需求

免疫预防接种闭环生态建设 ：

Ø探索医院免疫预防接种生态系统及闭环接种模式

Ø探索临床医生的推荐接种流程及应用

Ø协同跨部门推进医防融合等重大项目落地

合规管理 ：

Ø确保工作过程严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度。

Ø保证团队和合作伙伴的行为符合公司合规要求。
