TxDOT's Traffic Management Section is seeking a Statewide Traffic Management Center (SwTMC) and Geofenced Hazard Notification (GHN) Program Director to provide executive leadership for statewide traffic operations and advanced transportation technology initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the Statewide Traffic Management Center, lead the GHN program, and champion the integration of innovative solutions -including connected vehicle technologies, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital infrastructure --to enhance transportation system performance across Texas. You will collaborate with districts, divisions, MPOs, FHWA, industry partners, and research institutions to advance TxDOT's vision for a safer, smarter, and more connected transportation network.
