Customer Service Assistant - Setia City Mall

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to:

  • Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.

  • Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanliness

  • Conducting internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hour.

  • Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centre Standard Operating Procedure

  • Concierge desk administration duties

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall

  • Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.

About You

  • Open to fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree who are keen to work in a dynamic mall environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays (as per roster).
