Job Description
To improve the lives of patients with Pulmonary Hypertension (PH), we are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual for an unlimited permanent position as Customer Manager. Purpose of the role is to take over our existing PH business in Slovakia and build a network of referral regional centers to optimize PH Patient Journey to accelerate a new product launch. The Customer Manager will work closely with marketing on event management, creation of materials and innovative projects. While experience with rare diseases is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong background in specialty pharmaceutical sales who would like to widen their marketing and patient journey experience.
Key responsibilities:
Key Account Management
-
Lead and develop strong and enduring relationships with PH Centers of Excellence (CoE) in Slovakia.

Understand CoEs needs, challenges, and opportunities to provide value-added solutions to optimize patient journey of PH patients.

Create and execute account growth strategy and execution plans that align with company goals with market trends analysis to identify opportunities and risks

Identify drivers and barriers and pro-actively share relevant feedback with PAH Brand Lead and the cross-functional team, to ensure an optimal understanding of the market and to drive the marketing and sales strategy

Reporting and support on demand planning and forecasting
Patient Journey Optimization

Build a network of accounts among Cardiologists, Pulmonologists and Rheumatologists for referring PH to the CoEs to speed up the time to diagnosis

Educate selected accounts on PH and organize multidisciplinary meetings to ensure optimal regional cooperation

Execute multidisciplinary seminars to connect key stakeholders in different regions for optimization of Patient Journey
Brand management

Reporting and support on demand planning and forecasting

Responsibility for disease & product materials for effective HCP education.
Basic Qualifications
-
University degree
-
Key Account Management experience in a pharmaceutical industry (min 2 years)
-
Proven negotiation, communication and networking skills.
-
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
-
PC skills (user level – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Driving license B, with the ability to travel within territory and domestically as required.

Native Slovak speaker.
-
Customer centric, business-oriented mindset and focus on delivering results.

Entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience with specialty / center care products.
