** General Responsibilities:**
The Program Director II will lead operational support for clinical research and training programs in the Program for Translational Pharmacogenomics within the Department of Neurology, as well as support genomic medicine initiatives on behalf of the Associate Dean for Genomic Medicine in the Heersink School of Medicine. Primary responsibilities: Training Program Direction: Administers the daily operations of clinical training programs including the Genomic Medicine T32, serving as the primary point of contact for trainees, faculty, and stakeholders. Manages trainee interviews, tracking, appointments, onboarding, progress reporting, and assists with submission of annual reports to sponsor and other stakeholders. Annual Scientific Meetings: Leads end-to- end logistics for the annual genomic medicine meeting or scientific symposia, including vendor coordination, registration management, speaker selection and travel arrangements, and budget administration. Executive Support: Manages the executive leadership calendar, prioritize meeting requests, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and prepare agendas/materials for executive committee meetings. Assists with preparation of presentations, reports, and executive summaries, by translating complex scientific discoveries into accessible narratives and engaging with diverse genomic medicine stakeholders at the school and institutional levels. Monthly Webinars: Develops and oversees the genomic medicine webinar series, including speaker engagement and logistics, scheduling, technical support, and post-event content distribution. Designs and deploys stakeholder surveys to measure program engagement, evaluate webinar success, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manages the executive leadership calendar, prioritize meeting requests, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and prepare agendas/materials for executive committee meetings.
2. Assists with preparation of presentations, reports, and executive summaries, by translating complex scientific discoveries into accessible narratives and engaging with diverse genomic medicine stakeholders at the school and institutional levels.

Salary Pay Range: $60,835 – $98,855
